Foreign media can offer different perspectives

Like any other online news magazine, aljazeera.com offers its readers in-depth stories, reviews, columns and discussion forums. But its section “Conspiracy Theories” is probably a feature that can only be found in this English publication from Dubai, United Arab Emirates…

Journalists and political analysts show readers a different perspective from European and American main-stream media on political and social issues in the Middle East.

Palestinian-American journalist Ramzy Baroud writes in his article “Media language and war: Manufacturing convenient realities,” conflict in the Middle East has been part of international headline news for years but news sources like Google often confuse and divert readers from real issues because of the lack of crucial information in their stories.
